Cryosuite

Cryofixator™

Direct-to-slide cryofixation instrument that preserves epitopes for multiplex immunofluorescence on cytology specimens.

Cryofixator™ replaces multi-hour formalin fixation with rapid cryofixation directly on the cytology slide, preserving cellular architecture and antigen integrity. Designed for effusion and FNA specimens, it enables Cryostainer™ multiplex protocols that traditional FFPE workflows cannot support.

Key features: Direct-to-slide cryofixation · Cytology-specimen optimised · Multiplex-compatible epitope preservation · Benchtop laboratory footprint

Specimen types: Pleural and ascitic effusions, FNA imprints and smears
Format: Benchtop
Weight: Under 18 kg
Slide capacity: Configurable per laboratory
Quality system: Manufactured under ISO 13485
Regulatory status: CE-marked (EU IVDR)
Availability: Available — contact for territory and configuration

Cryostainer™

Slide-based immunofluorescence staining system for Cryophore™ panels and verified antibodies.

Cryostainer™ is the staining system for cytology specimens previously cryofixed with Cryofixator™. It supports the Cryophore™ multiplex panel range and standardises staining across slides, operators, and laboratories.

Key features: Multiplex immunofluorescence staining · Cryophore™ panel compatibility · Standardised staining workflows · Lot-traceable reagent handling

Intended use: A slide-based immunofluorescence staining system accommodating up to eight antibodies on a single microscope slide with reduced antibody usage.

Workflow: Cryoimmunostaining — multiplex IF
Weight: Under 16 kg
Quality system: Manufactured under ISO 13485
Regulatory status: CE-marked (EU IVDR)

Hybrid Microscope

The Hybrid Microscope digitizes multiplex cytology in under 30 seconds.

Built on a Zeiss Axio Imager Z2-class platform with X-ZELL software, the Hybrid Microscope displays per-channel and combined views for cytopathology review.

Hybrid microscope workstation
Imaging capabilities

Designed for fast multi-channel interpretation.

✓

Sub-30-second digitization

Selected areas are digitized rapidly for routine review workflows.

▦

Channel toggling

Per-channel and merged views can be switched on and off during interpretation.

✶

Morphology in context

On-screen morphology is equivalent to bright-field IHC.

Review model

One slide. Eight channels. The diagnostic answer in view.

Channels include CK7, EpCAM, TTF1, CD56, Nucleus, p40, CD45, Calretinin, and a merged view.

Per-channel viewers

Each marker can be reviewed independently to isolate expression patterns.

Merged view

Markers can be combined in a single view to understand cellular context.

Indication support

Use contexts include SCLC, prostate, ovarian and reactive WBC assessment.
