THE MULTIPLEXING EFFECT

X-ZELL’s Next-Generation Cytology (NGC) platform is the result of a decade of interdisciplinary R&D in multiplex immunostaining, digital pathology and diagnostic workflow integration. First presented at the 2023 European Congress of Cytology in Budapest, Hungary, NGC has since attracted early adopters in both Europe and Southeast Asia and was the subject of multiple clinical studies.

IMPLEMENTATION

NGC is designed to integrate smoothly into existing laboratory environments with minimal disruption.

  • Standardized protocols and intuitive software interfaces allow rapid adoption by technical staff.
  • Direct-to-slide fixation compatible with all common sample preparation methods without requiring cell-blocking.
  • Fully digital slide files that can be reviewed locally or shared for remote consultation.

UPSTREAM COMPATIBILITY

The NGC platform is optimized for native effusion & FNA samples and is compatible with all common monolayer preparation methods incl. ThinPrep®, Cytospin™, smears, frozen sections & imprints [2,5,7]
