Cryophores™
MULTIPLEXING AT SCALE
Introducing the X-ZELL Cryophore™ panel line – preconfigured antibody panels designed for use with the NGC platform. Each Cryophore™ panel consists of 7 fluorescently labelled antibodies (“Cryophores”) that were selected based on their complementary roles in cytologic sample assessment when applied in combination, enabling the simultaneous visualization of multiple cellular and/or nuclear features within a single specimen.
BACKGROUND
Each Cryophore™ panel has been composed by an independent expert committee for use in routine laboratory environments. The goal is to maximize the informational content obtained from limited cytology samples by providing multiple data points per specimen that can be evaluated in unison as a single, multiparameter view. By providing predefined antibody combinations based on expert consensus, Cryophores are designed to simplify the integration of multiplex immunostaining into routine laboratory workflows.

The panels are now available for Research Use Only and are not intended for diagnostic procedures. Additional validation activities are ongoing for IVDR certification.
